All garments are sewn from recycled textiles, such as vintage tablecloths, curtains and bed linen. Minor traces of use, variations in color, structure or other natural characteristics may therefore occur. This is part of the nature of the textile and must be expected when purchasing. However, any marks should not be significant or unsightly, and the textiles should be suitable for the garment in question.

When purchasing goods online, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies as a general rule. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to kariannehjortland@gmail.com within the withdrawal period. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

In case of a defect or shortage in a product, send a complaint to kariannehjortland@gmail.com . Description of the defect and pictures should be provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. If the complaint is approved, return costs will be refunded. Complaints are processed in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
